New Rupes Distributor for Australia

Rupes Power Tools Australia Pty Ltd is pleased to announce that the national distribution of the Rupes business has been acquired by GnG Sales with effect from 1 October 2006.

Rupes has been  distributed for the last seven years under the present regime and during that time has built up the market share of this worldwide recognized brand of quality power tools, air tools and dust extraction systems.

Robert Hyde, the Managing Director of Rupes said “ we felt that GnG Sales is well positioned to provide the necessary customer and marketing support that will insure the continued growth of this great brand”

Ed Davie, the GnG Sales Chairman said “I see great synergy between Rupes and GnG’s existing range of products. We will now be able to offer a complete solution covering a full range of power and air tools, the supporting consumables and abrasives as well as dust extraction systems. Rupes has a high quality reputation and image and  a great job has been done in positioning the Brand in the upper end of the market. Our goals are to provide existing Rupes customers with the service and support that the Brand stands for and to increase market share by introducing the Brand to our customers who have not yet had the opportunity to try Rupes’s significant range of quality trade products”

GnG Sales is a nationally operated wholesaler and distributor of Workquip air tools, Star spray equipment, Mako abrasives and Autoglym car care products. The Company trades throughout Australia through a network of resellers providing a high level of technical support and service excellence.
